Tucker Manufacturing Co., Inc. are members of the International Sanitary Supply Association and will be exhibiting at the upcoming ISSA Interclean North America Show the week of October 6-9, 2009.

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Dear Member:

We invite you to attend the ISSA General Meeting on Friday, October 9, 2009 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in room S103 of McCormick Place South, Chicago, IL. (A complimentary continental breakfast will be served.)

Please note, that unlike previous years, the ISSA Board of Directors has not proposed any actions in the past year that require amendments to the bylaws of the Association. Therefore, there are no bylaw proposals for your review and ratification.

We invite and encourage you to attend the ISSA General Meeting at which the following events will occur:
