What do customers have to say?

All water fed poles require maintenance. A group of window cleaners were going back and forth about a broken wfp, when we discovered a recent comment by the following window cleaner:

I've had a Tucker pole for 30 years and never had a problem. The only thing
that breaks is the brush but if you get a brush with the foam middle that
problem will basically stop unless your letting the pole drop than anything will
break . The carbon ones will shatter. Why is your pole dropping? You should walk
it up and down just like a ladder.

SG, a professional window cleaner from
Carpentersville, IL replied

Equipment can break down for a variety of reasons. One important point that the window cleaner from Illinois points out: the importance of walking the Tucker Pole up and down like an extension ladder.

As our blog has mentioned before, we offer replacement parts for the various models of Tucker Pole. Let us know, if we can be of service to you.
